Every garden starts with a conversation…

Initial Consultation

The first step in the process would be for you to discuss your project details thru a phone call or meet with one of our design managers.

Our consultors need all the details of the project like adequate photos, dimensions our plans in order to give us a feel for the space to be landscaped.

During this consultation, he will discuss the following if relevant to your project;

+   Design advice, possibilities and ideas

+   Construction advice on structural landscaping

+   Renovation on existing structures

+   Horticultural, materials and finishes.

+   Advice on requirements specific to your project.

Budget estimate…

After the initial consultation and preparation of the creative proposal based on the requested project our budgeting department will send a budget estimate if possible minimum and maximum value of the project.

Budget estimation helps our clients to decide on the feasibility of their projects. As soon as project progression is confirmed, a survey and preliminary study will be scheduled at the site to collect dimensions, structures, topography and all the technical details necessary for the development of the architectural and construction plan

The on-site visit and prior study attracts an anticipated cost which will be deducted from the final cost.

BUILD

Once your design is complete, our experienced construction teams take on the role of ensuring the vision of the proposed design is brought to life during the building process.

Our construction teams have a wealth of experience in the fields of landscape construction and horticulture and are committed to delivering the highest standard of work on every project.

You can rest assured that no matter how many hands are building your project, you’ll only ever deal with one point of contact – a construction supervisor who oversees all aspects of your project to ensure every element is delivered on time, on budget and above expectation.

Our construction process…

Construction signoff

On acceptance of the construction quotation, our landscape architects/designers will meet with your construction supervisor internally to run through the project. The designers, supervisor and construction manager will meet with you on-site to run through all of the design elements of the project to ensure that the design vision is brought to reality. At this time, you will be provided with a construction schedule and estimated time of completion.

Client Handover

Once your project has reached practical completion, you will be provided with a handover pack. This pack includes information about how to care for your garden and the species of plants/trees that have been used in your project together with your landscape design project if applicable.
